If you have submitted a bank receipt to the registration desk during the symposium, you will be given a copy of the relevant receipt stating that you have attended the symposium.
Important Note: Once you have paid your participation fee, you will need to enter the "Declaration number" to application form. Applications will not be approved without this number.
